At Patriots of Liberty, we understand how important it is to receive your items promptly. We make every effort to process and ship your order quickly, ensuring it arrives at your doorstep without delay.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.
- Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after processing.
- Estimated shipping times are based on our average delivery rates and do not apply to pre-order items.
- Please allow an additional 1 to 3 days to receive your items during peak holiday seasons.
- Some USA locations may experience longer shipping times.
- If a federal holiday falls within your delivery window, please add an extra day to the estimated arrival time.
Shipping Restrictions
- We require a complete and verified street address (residential or business) and a valid phone number for all shipments.
- Orders with incomplete or invalid shipping details will be cancelled and refunded.
- We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Patriots of Liberty is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you cannot locate it, you must first file a claim with the carrier and provide us with the claim number. We are happy to assist you in locating your missing package.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or insecure address, we will issue a refund, but any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
For missing, lost, or damaged items, please file a claim with the courier. Links to courier claim services are available on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
We prioritize your satisfaction and gladly accept returns or exchanges on new, unopened products in their original packaging within 15 days of the order fulfillment date.
- Sale and clearance items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return.
If your product has been opened and used but has a defect, we will assist with a replacement or warranty claim.
Restocking Fee:
- Items returned after being opened will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- The item must be in perfect condition. Returns showing damage, wear and tear, or missing items may incur additional fees or be deemed unacceptable for return.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless we made an error, such as sending the wrong style or size. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
When Buyer Incurs Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs in the following scenarios:
- An undeliverable or insecure address.
- Orders cancelled after shipment.
- Refused deliveries not related to damage during transit.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days, but not to exceed 7 business days.
Starting a Return
Please contact us before sending any returns. Be sure to include your PayPal order or transaction number when contacting us.
Sold Out / Out of Stock Items
- Certain sizes and colors may occasionally sell out due to high demand.
- Some items may become unexpectedly unavailable after your order is placed.
- If an item you ordered is out of stock:
- You will be notified promptly via email.
- You’ll have the option to:
- Wait for the item to become available again
- Choose a different size or color
- Receive a full refund
- We work hard to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, but stock levels may change quickly—especially during promotions or holiday seasons.
- Some items are fulfilled by third-party partners, and availability may be subject to changes within their systems. In rare cases, this may cause a delay in confirming stock status.
